The Uttarakhand police sent back 8,000 tourists from Mussoorie and Nainital during the weekend to prevent density to the Pandemic Coronavirus (Covid-19). The police have also prepared border checks to regulate the flow of people who visit popular tourist destinations.

The Uttarakhand government has instructed district judges to control the crowd of weekends in all tourist places. The standard operating procedure (SOP) was issued by the Head of Secretary of Sukhbir Singh Sandhu on Monday
If the situation worsens in Uttarakhand’s tourist attractions now, the district judge will be responsible. They have been authorized to make decisions about the crowd at the weekend, “said the guidelines said by the state government.
The DMS has been empowered to decide the percentage of tourists in place based on its geographical conditions and administrative capacity for crowd control.
District judges will also ensure strict action against those who violate the rules, the Uttarakhand government said in its order.
According to the SOP, everyone who comes from outside the country will be allowed to enter with only the negative reports of RT-PCR, true net, CBnet, or a quick antigen test from a maximum period of 72 hours.
The Uttarakhand government has extended Covid curfew in the country until July 20. Close 50 people have also been applied for weddings and funerals.
In accordance with the UNI Ministry, there are currently 932 Covid-19 cases active in Uttarakhand. 3,32,957 recovery and 7,341 deaths have been reported so far.
