Air Force Station Jammu gets an anti-drone and jammer system as continuing quadcopter sightings

The monitoring system and the Jammer Drone was installed at the Indian Air Force Station in Jammu after three drones were seen in the Kaluchak area, Kunjwani and Miran Sahab on Wednesday morning. It comes three days after the explosion at the air base allegedly delivered by commercially available Quadcopters.

Officials said that the anti-drone system, which was founded by the National Security Guard, will be installed at all vital installations of security forces in Jammu. On Tuesday also drones were seen in three different locations in Jammu. According to officials, the first drone was seen in the Kaluchak Cantonment area, both in the Cantonment Ratnuchak area and the third in the Kunjwani area between 1:30 am and and 4 in the morning.

In the first instance of Pakistani-based terrorists who mobilized drones to attack vital installations, two bombs were dropped at the IAF station in the hours of the morning.

Lashkar-e-Taiba terror clothes that were banned were allegedly behind a sensational drone attack, Director General of Jammu and police Kashmir Dilbag Singh said.
